Życiorys[edytuj | edytuj kod]
Urodziła się i dorastała w rodzinie robotniczej. Kiedy miała 17 lat, przerwać naukę w college’u, by skupić się na karierze piosenkarskiej. W 1967, reprezentując Wielką Brytanię z utworem „Puppet on a String”, zwyciężyła w finale 12. Konkursu Piosenki Eurowizji.
