The women's 57 kg competition of the judo events at the 2019 Pan American Games in Lima, Peru, was held on August 9 at the Polideportivo 3.[1]

Rafaela Silva of Brazil originally won the gold medal but has tested positive for doping with fenoterol after the Games.[2]
