蒙特罗·拉马尔·希尔（英語：Montero Lamar Hill，1999年4月9日 - ），知名于其艺名利尔·纳斯·X（Lil Nas X，/nɑːz/ NAHZ），是一位来自美国佐治亚州亚特兰大的饶舌歌手、歌手和词曲作家。他因其热门乡村说唱单曲〈鄉村老街〉（"Old Town Road"）广为人知，该单曲于2019年初在短视频分享应用TikTok上爆红[2][3]。〈鄉村老街〉登上了《告示牌》百强单曲榜榜首，首发便位列《公告牌》热门乡村歌曲榜第19名后，因争议而被从乡村歌曲榜上移除[4][5]。2019年6月21日，利尔·纳斯·X发布了EP专辑《7》[6]。2019年12月，利尔·纳斯·X入選彭博資訊公布的2019年「彭博50」名單[7]。

蒙特罗·拉马尔·希尔于1999年4月9日出生於美国喬治亞州亚特兰大近郊的小城利西亚斯普林斯（Lithia Springs）。[9][10]他的父母在他6歲時離異, 他與母亲和祖母居住在公共住宅区里。三年後 , 他搬去了北邊的城市奥斯特尔（Austell）跟父亲住 , 雖然當初不想搬走 , 但他不得不承認那是個非常重要的決定：“亞特蘭大有太多糟糕的事情发生 —— 如我繼續待在那兒 , 我恐怕會结交一帮坏人”（There's so much shit going on in Atlanta—if I would have stayed there, I would have fallen in with the wrong crowd）。[11]他在小学四年级时开始演奏小号，并在初中时担任首席，但因为害怕看起来不够酷而退出了。希尔曾就读于利西亚斯普林斯高中（Lithia Springs High School），于2017年毕业。[12]他曾在西乔治亚大学就读过一年（没有毕业），在此期间，他与妹妹住在一起，并且在Zaxby's快餐店和Six Flags Over Georgia主题公园工作。[11]
