《昨日》（英语：Yesterday）是披头士乐队的一首的歌曲，收录于1965年的专辑《Help!》。虽然署名为列侬-麦卡特尼，该曲是由保罗·麦卡特尼独自创作。这首歌流行至今，有超过2500个翻唱版本^[4]，是录音史上被翻唱次数最多的歌曲之一^{[note 1]}。

創作過程[编辑]

據麥卡尼憶述，歌曲旋律的靈感來自夢中，一覺醒來後他立即走到鋼琴前彈奏出來，並以錄音機記錄下來。^[6]他詢問音樂界人士，確定旋律是原創的，並非他不經意抄襲他人，之後他便着手填詞；他曾以"Scrambled eggs, Oh, baby how I love your legs."（炒蛋，噢，寶貝我愛煞你的腿。）作為非正式歌詞。
