Also I propose making a blacklist on Wikipedia, on such journals. I know one for News Media already exist, but it would be helpful if we can blacklist any potential journal articles that are cited as a pdf. 100% of the items, a cited paper in form of a pdf is predatory. It is too early to start an RfC methinks. We got Wikipedia:News sources/India. Should we scrape this list: https://ugccare.unipune.ac.in/apps1/home/index ? I deleted the PROD that you had placed over the AFD on Northeast India International Travel Mart.The WP:PROD page states that "It must never be used simultaneously with a deletion discussion (AfD or FfD), and it may only be placed on a page a single time.
