Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because it needs more sources to establish notability, it is promotional and reads like an advertisement and you may have a possible Conflict of Interest. I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.

Your username suggests you have an interest in editing biographies. Please look at other biographies to see how it should be done. You need to show that Chockalingam is notable according to Wikipedia's standards - WP:NACADEMIC, citing reliable, verifiable, independent sources about him, not by him. Hmm; that seems like a gray area to me. If I were you, I would post a message at the Wikipedia:Conflict of interest/Noticeboard, and ask whether you should declare a conflict of interest or not. You can just very briefly introduce yourself, link your Draft, link this discussion, and mention that a user recommended that you come to the COIN for further assistance with this question.
