Lindsay Frost (d. 4 Haziran 1962, Minneapolis), Amerikalı oyuncudur.

Oyuncu Lindsay Frost 4 Haziran 1962'de Minneapolis'te oyuncu Warren Frost ve Mary Virginia Calhoun'un kızı olarak doğdu. Diğer iki erkek kardeşinden: Mark Frost animatör ve Scott Frost senaristtir.
1988 yapımı yönetmen Mark Goldblatt imzalı Dead Heat adlı yapımla tanınmıştır.
Birçok televizyon yapımı dizi ve film ile sinema filminde rol almıştır.
