Patricia Lea "Patty" Jenkins (born July 24, 1971) is an American movie director and screenwriter. She is known for directing Monster (2003) and Wonder Woman (2017) and will direct the sequel Wonder Woman 1984 (2019).

In 2011, Jenkins received an Emmy nomination for Outstanding Directing for a Drama Series for the pilot of The Killing.[1]

Jenkins was born on July 24, 1971 at an air force base in in Victorville, California.[2][3]
