Andrzej Sebastian Duda (born 16 May 1972) is a Polish politician and lawyer. On 6 August 2015, he became the President of Poland. He has a PhD in law. From 2006 to 2007, he was a secretary of state in the Ministry of Justice. From 2008 to 2010, Duda was secretary of state in the Office of President of Poland, Lech Kaczyński. He was also a member of the European Parliament.

In the 2020 election, Duda was re-elected with 51% of the vote.[3]
