Fulerenos exoédricos
Fulerenos exoédricos, também chamados de exofulerenos, são fulerenos que tem átomos, íons ou clusters adicionais ligados às suas esferas exteriores, tais como C50Cl10 [1] e C60H8.[2] ou ligantes de fulerenos.
