The vandal wrote "I betcha your looking at this hello" in addition to other things that other anti vadals removed such as "guns guns GUNS!!!!! And pikachu!!!this is very important text" or "WE LIKE BOMBS TANKS AND GUNS MUEH MEUH HAAAA"

None of these are one words, but changing one word can be vandalism depending on that it is.

Wikipedia classifies these as Silly Vandalism (see the link).
