ロクサンヌ・リン・ドーティ（Roxanne Lynn Doty）は、アメリカ合衆国の国際政治学者。

アリゾナ州立大学で修士号、ミネソタ大学で博士号を取得後、現在、アリゾナ州立大学政治学部教授。

ポスト構造主義の観点から移民の問題を中心に論じる。
