マーク・ストーマー

マーク・ストーマー（Mark Stoermer、1974年 6月28日 - ）は、アメリカ合衆国のロックバンド、ザ・キラーズのベーシスト。

来歴[編集]

1977年6月28日、テキサス州ヒューストンでドイツ、オーストラリアのミュージシャンだった医師の父と看護師の母の間に生まれる。彼が3歳の頃に家族とネバダ州のラスベガスに引っ越した。

1995年にチャパラル高校を卒業し、ジャズアンサンブルでトランペットを演奏した。最初の音楽的には、パブリック・エナミー、N.W.A、ニルヴァーナ、ビートルズ、ザ・フー、ピンク・フロイドなどに影響を受けた。HabitRougeやNegativePoniesなどの多くの地元のバンドでギターリストとして活動していた。医療宅配業者として働いていた。ネバダ大学ラスベガス校で哲学と音楽を学んだ。様々なバンドや仕事の経験を得て、2004年にザ・キラーズのベーシストとしてデビューした。
