ニューヨーク市地下鉄N系統（ニューヨークしちかてつNけいとう）は、ニューヨーク市地下鉄Bディビジョンの運転系統。路線カラーは『サンフラワー・イエロー』と称される黄色で、クイーンズ区ではBMTアストリア線、マンハッタン区ではBMTブロードウェイ線、ブルックリン区ではBMT4番街線、BMTシー・ビーチ線を経由する。

概要[編集]

36番街駅に到着する北行N系統（R68A形電車）

ニューヨーク市地下鉄の運転系統では珍しく、マンハッタン区内において日中の走行線路が曜日によって異なる系統である（平日は急行、休日は各駅停車）。クイーンズ区のアストリア-ディトマース・ブールバード駅から、ブルックリン区のコニー・アイランド-スティルウェル・アベニュー駅までを走行するのが基本だが、平日ラッシュ時にはIND2番街線96丁目駅始終の列車も運転されている（当該列車は49丁目駅を通過する）。

また、クイーンズ区では終日各駅に停車し、ブルックリン区ではBMT4番街線内に限り深夜を除く終日（休日含む）急行運転が行われる。

深夜はR系統がホワイトホール・ストリート駅止まりとなり、シティ・ホール駅からレクター・ストリート駅は列車が来なくなるため当系統がモンタギュー・ストリート・トンネル経由で運転される。また、深夜はブルックリン区内を含めて全区間が各駅停車になる。

日中は10分間隔で運転される。平日の急行運転実施時、全区間の所要時間は約1時間20分[1]。

NX系統[編集]

NX系統はラッシュ時の混雑方向に運転された超特急系統で、BMTブライトン線ブライトン・ビーチ駅からシー・ビーチ線の急行線を通ってコニー・アイランド駅まで直行し、そこからN系統のルートに沿って57丁目-7番街駅まで運転されていた。1967年11月27日のクリスティー・ストリート連絡線開通と同時に運行が開始された[2]ものの、利用者が少なかったことからわずか半年後の1968年4月12日に廃止され、5本設定されていたNX系統の列車は1968年4月15日（月）の始発からN系統の列車として運転された[3][4]。
