センチネル語（センチネルご、Sentinelese language）とは、インドの南アンダマン島、北センチネル島に住むセンチネル族たちの話す未知の言語である。アンダマン諸語のひとつと推定されるが、他の言語とどの程度類似しているのかについてはよくわかっていない[1][2]。文化、技術の類似度について多少なりとも分かっていることと地理的な近さから推測すると、センチネル語は大アンダマン語（en:Great Andamanese languages）よりオンガン語（en:Ongan languages）に歴史的にも距離的にも近いとも考えられる[3]が、情報がないため全く不明である。オンゲ語（en:Onge language）とアカビー語（en:Aka-Bea）の話者が北センチネル島に上陸して意思疎通しようとしたことがあるが、交流の時間も短く敵対的で住民たちが話している言葉はまったく理解できなかった。
センチネル人との交流は極めて稀かつ短時間で、センチネル人自身避けようとするので、センチネル語についての資料や言語のサンプルは、出版された単語のリストといったものさえ存在しない。従って分類することはできないでいる[1]。
コミュニティ外でセンチネル語を話せる者はおらず[2]、島に侵入したものは殺されたり、弓矢で威圧されたりしているので、行政も島民とコミュニケーションを取ることはできない[4][5]。
センチネル語は危機に瀕していると考えられている[6][7]。推定で250人がセンチネル語を話すことができる[2]。
Bernhard Glaeserは1995年に、科学者たちがじきにセンチネル語を学べると期待していると記述している[8]。
