グレアム・アリソン

グレアム・アリソン（Graham T. Allison、1940年3月23日 - ）は、アメリカ合衆国の政治学者^[1]。ハーバード大学ケネディ行政大学院の初代院長。現在は同大学ベルファー科学・国際問題研究センター所長。ダグラス・ディロン記念講座教授も務める。第一期クリントン政権の政策担当国防次官補として、対ロシア（旧ソビエト）政策を担当した。専門は、対外政策論、核戦略論。

経歴[編集]

ノースカロライナ州生まれ。ハーバード大学卒業後、オックスフォード大学で修士号、ハーヴァード大学で博士号取得。1972年から現職。クリントン政権期に国防総省スタッフとして、ウクライナ、ベラルーシ、カザフスタンの核兵器廃棄政策にも携わった。

「合理的アクター・モデル」・「組織過程（組織行動）モデル」・「政府内（官僚）政治モデル」の3つのモデルでキューバ危機を分析した『決定の本質』は対外政策決定論の必読文献として有名であり、大きな反響を呼んだ。
