Ike Clanton, vero nome Joseph Isaac Clanton (Contea di Callaway, 1847 – Springerville, 1º giugno 1887), è stato un pistolero statunitense.

Membro della banda di fuorilegge nota come Cowboys operante nei dintorni di Tombstone (Arizona) negli anni ’80 del XIX secolo. Partecipò, insieme al fratello Billy Clanton ed ai compagni Billy Claiborne, Frank McLaury e Tom McLaury alla famosa sparatoria all'O.K. Corral (26 ottobre 1881, Tombstone) contro i fratelli Earp (Wyatt Earp, Morgan Earp e Virgil Earp) e Doc Holliday.
