Le CCL17 (pour « CC chemokine ligand 17 ») est une chimiokine. Son gène, CCL17 est situé sur le chromosome 16 humain.

Rôles[modifier | modifier le code]

Il se lie au CCR4. Il favorise la proliférations des lymphocyte T régulateurs^[5] et auxiliaire^[6].

En médecine[modifier | modifier le code]

Son expression est augmentée dans l'asthme^[7], dans la dermatose allergique de contact^[8],dans la polyarthrite rhumatoïde^[9] et dans l'athérome^[10].
