فرانک بن تیپتون (انگلیسی: Frank B. Tipton; متولد کالیفرنیا) مورخ استرالیایی و استاد دانشگاه سیدنی است. پژوهش‌های او عمدتاً در حوزه تاریخ آلمان و تاریخ اقتصادی آسیا است.[۱]
از وی تاریخ اقتصادی و اجتماعی اروپا با ترجمهٔ کریم پیرحیاتی از سوی انتشارات علمی و فرهنگی (۱۳۷۵) به چاپ رسیده است.
