سپتین ۹
سپتین ۹ (انگلیسی: SEPT9) یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «SEPT9» کُدگذاری میشود.[۴][۵][۶]
این پروتئین با سپتین ۲[۷] و سپتین ۷[۷] تعامل پروتئین-پروتئین دارد.
اهمیت بالینی[ویرایش]
پژوهشها نشان دادهاند که ناحیهٔ وی۲ (v2) از پروموتر ژن سپتین ۹ در بافت سرطان روده بزرگ متیله میشود.[۸] البته آزمایش تشخیصی سپتین ۹ متیلهشده در مدفوع جهت پایش سرطان روده بزرگ توصیه نمیشود،[۹] چرا که بهلحاظ حساسیت و ویژگی مشابه آزمایش مدفوع گایاک یا آزمایشهای ایمنیشناسی مدفوع است و انجام همینها کافی است.[۹] فقط زمانی که بیماران حاضر به انجام تستهای رایج مدفوع یا انجام کولونوسکوپی نیستند، انجام تست ردیابی سپتین ۹ متیلهشده بهتر از دسترویدست گذاشتن و آزمایش نکردن است.[۹]
