William Sparkman Overstreet (born October 7, 1979) is a former American football linebacker for the Atlanta Falcons in the National Football League (NFL).[1] He was drafted by the Falcons in the third round of the 2002 NFL Draft out of the University of Tennessee[2] where he was a captain on the 2001 Tennessee team.[3] He was a member of Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity. He played high school football at Jackson (Miss.)
