Hello, I have a question regarding the image at Hiral Radadiya. Where has it been obtained from? Thanks. AusLondonder (talk) 16:44, 23 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I have taken this image from Hiral Radadiya's Instagram. Warrantys (talk) 06:23, 24 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Unfortunately that is a copyright violation and not permitted. It was also uploaded as your "own work" which it obviously wasn't if it was a screenshot from Instagram. AusLondonder (talk) 11:44, 24 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hiral Radadiya moved to draftspace[edit]

An article you recently created, Hiral Radadiya, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. DareshMohan (talk) 21:54, 23 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Who are you?[edit]

What is your connection to Insane Ashraf? Why are you adding random database sources and putting him in the lead? Please see Wikipedia:WikiProject_Film/Indian_cinema_task_force#Guidelines on sources#Generally reliable. Newspapers are reliable and databases aren't. DareshMohan (talk) 21:48, 23 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia already has articles for many actors. I did not see this actor's article, so I created it.

@DareshMohan: Given the number of BLPs edited and created, I doubt there is any link between the creator and the subjects. Remember to assume good faith. AusLondonder (talk) 11:52, 24 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Introduction to contentious topics[edit]

You have recently edited a page related to articles about living or recently deceased people, and edits relating to the subject (living or recently deceased) of such biographical articles, a topic designated as contentious. This is a brief introduction to contentious topics and does not imply that there are any issues with your editing.

A special set of rules applies to certain topic areas, which are referred to as contentious topics. These are specially designated topics that tend to attract more persistent disruptive editing than the rest of the project and have been designated as contentious topics by the Arbitration Committee. When editing a contentious topic, Wikipedia’s norms and policies are more strictly enforced, and Wikipedia administrators have special powers in order to reduce disruption to the project.

Within contentious topics, editors should edit carefully and constructively, refrain from disrupting the encyclopedia, and:

  • adhere to the purposes of Wikipedia;
  • comply with all applicable policies and guidelines;
  • follow editorial and behavioural best practice;
  • comply with any page restrictions in force within the area of conflict; and
  • refrain from gaming the system.

Editors are advised to err on the side of caution if unsure whether making a particular edit is consistent with these expectations. If you have any questions about contentious topics procedures you may ask them at the arbitration clerks' noticeboard or you may learn more about this contentious topic here. You may also choose to note which contentious topics you know about by using the {{Ctopics/aware}} template.

Speedy deletion nomination of Alyx Star[edit]

Hello Warrantys,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Alyx Star for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly indicate why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Thanks!
