@Magnolia677: In general, I'm not active here, but in other language editions of Wikipedia. There, it is considered sufficient if a source is properly indicated in the concerning wikidata item, because the idea of wikidata is to store (and update) information centrally, and not to copy everything into each article in each language. Therefore, I also here checked that there is a properly (by a U.S. Census Bureau factsheet) sourced population number of 2020 in wikidata and just inserted that - as a "side effect" of an edit in another language. For Lowville, New York I now manually inserted the reference of wikidata into the english text, for the other two texts (Catskill (village), New York and Poughkeepsie, New York) I don't have time. May the data of 2010 remain there - I can live with that. I can refrain from entering any information of wikidata into english languages texts and will do so in future. I fear that the "John Brunner" in the text Le Déserteur (Boris Vian song) was none of the four "John Brunners" mentioned in the disambiguation page, and I do just have the two references mentioned in the text Le Déserteur (Boris Vian song), saying nothing about the identity of this John Brunner searched, only knowing that he was alive in 1964, that I would just take away the internal link...
