A tag has been placed on Lana Lokteff, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion discussion, such as at Articles for deletion. When a page has substantially identical content to that of a page deleted after a discussion, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Hello. I'm afraid I had to delete Lana Lokteff, as a previous discussion has concluded that we should not have an article on this person. If you disagree, I suggest you contact Deletion Review. You should first consult our criteria for notability of people in order to ensure that your request explains either why the original discussion was uninformed, or why things have changed since then. Margaret Sanger[edit]

Hi! I wanted to let you know I reverted your addition of the white supremacist category over at Margaret Sanger. This is an article that often gets targeted for various accusations of racism and eugenecist theories. If you genuinely believe this category applies (and can provide sound sources), please attempt to establish WP:CONSENSUS first at Talk:Margaret_Sanger. Cheers, Basie (talk) 23:49, 4 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry for late reply, but here is some proof that she is a white supremacist:

  • She wanted to "exterminate the Negro population".
  • She said that "colored people are like human weeds and are to be exterminated".
  • She also referred to Orientals and Jews as "human weeds".

SmokerOfCinnamon (talk) 22:53, 8 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I think it's really important that when making statements about a person, even one no longer living, that we have really solid independent sources to back it up. For this kind of thing, I'd imagine you'd need a number of reliable references (not including sites and authors known as proponents of white nationalism/supremacy). Basie (talk) 02:49, 9 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Ayla Stewart requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a real person or group of people that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

Notice

The article Isaac Baker has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Non-notable individual lacking in-depth, non-trivial support.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. reddogsix (talk) 03:02, 26 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

There is no mention of Sellner being 'category:white nationalists' That should be stated and sourced in the article before such a category is added - WP:CATVER I'll leave it to you. Cheers Jim1138 (talk) 21:10, 4 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Talk pages[edit]

Regarding Margaret Sanger above: If you want to include that information in an article after you have been reverted, it is best to start a discussion on the article's talk page. Before you do on an article which is often subjected to contentious editing, it is best to go through the talk pages' history to see what has been discussed before. BTW: Sanger, for one, is often taken out of context. When discussion on the talk page, wp:cite wp:RS to support your points. See wp:BRD, help:talk pages, and wp:talk page guidelines Cheers Jim1138 (talk) 21:18, 4 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
