Hello Kisulaebweru,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Kisulaebweru for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

I noticed my mistake after i submitted the article,i had intended to create my user page instead!!.A lot of learning ahead,but i will get there!!

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

Hello User:Kisulaebweru, any article you write is as good as the online references that you can find and quote. Good credible references make the subject topic notable. I have a list of articles with good references that I have not yet written. Let me give you one of those to get you started. I will help you improve it to where it will be accepted. The topic is Uganda National Records Centre and Archives. There is an article in the New Vision and onother in the Daily Monitor etc. Remember this is about a government building.
