August 2013[edit]

Thank you for contributing to Wikipedia. We always appreciate when users upload new images. However, it appears that one or more of the images you have recently uploaded or added to an article, specifically WWE Raw, may fail our non-free image policy. Most often, this involves editors uploading or using a copyrighted image of a living person. For other possible reasons, please read up on our Non-free image criteria. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Werieth (talk) 18:59, 2 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm Tutelary. I noticed that you recently removed some content without explaining why. ... are Wikipedia:Core content policies. You are violating those in your editing of Seth Rollins. If you don't add a source from WP:PW/RS to back up whatever claim you might have, you would be violating WP:V. starship.paint ~ ¡Olé! 14:09, 21 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. January 2018[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm Nikki311. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Enzo Amore, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. February 2018[edit]

Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions, including your edits to Becky Lynch, but we cannot accept original research. Original research refers to material—such as facts, allegations, ideas, and personal experiences—for which no reliable, published sources exist; it also encompasses combining published sources in a way to imply something that none of them explicitly say. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. Thank you. This is in reference to edit. This is one of Wikipedia's core policies. Nikki311 02:46, 20 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Warning icon Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to blank out or remove portions of page content, templates, or other materials from Wikipedia without adequate explanation, as you did at Seth Rollins, you may be blocked from editing. Thank you. RF23 (talk) 20:54, 21 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

March 2018[edit]

Information icon Please do not add or change content, as you did at Ronda Rousey, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Chris Troutman (talk) 12:55, 10 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

April 2018[edit]

Please stop adding unsourced content, as you did to Shayna Baszler. This contravenes Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Chris Troutman (talk) 00:38, 5 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you add unsourced material to Wikipedia, as you did at Shayna Baszler. Read WP:SPS. YouTube is not a source! Chris Troutman (talk) 01:10, 5 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Yugi, I don't know how many time I explained this to you. Also, you are a veteran editor here. If you want to include information, like moves or nicknames, you need sources. --HHH Pedrigree (talk) 09:01, 5 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
About troutman, don't worry. For me, the YouTube souce is reliable since it's a verified channel, not a fan channel. However, the rest of the section hasn't sources at all. You can't say "watch a match in WWE Network". For example, I'm deleting some dates in the entrance themes because are OR. --HHH Pedrigree (talk) 16:37, 5 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Wikipedia:No original research I mean, we need sources. For example, I need a source about Hulk Hogan using Real American from June 12, 1984 until Setember 3, 1992 (for example). if not, that's OR. Same from moves or nicknames. --HHH Pedrigree (talk) 18:17, 5 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

General sanctions[edit]

Please note that WP:general sanctions are now imposed on Professional wrestling articles—see WP:GS/PW for more information. Further disruptive editing will force me to report you, possibly leading to a loss of editing privileges within this topic. Prefall 06:17, 29 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

  • Additional - the General Sanctions also apply to the pro wrestling project's talk page, please do stay WP:CIVIL in all discussions.  MPJ-DK  01:42, 30 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Money in the Bank ladder match, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page John Hennigan. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Pictures[edit]

Hello. Welcome to the wonderfull world of Creative Commons. Answering your question. Can you use any picture in Wikipedia? No. There are exceptions, but copyrighted images aren't allowed. So, we can't take, for example, pictures from WWE.com and use in articles. So, the most common thing is to use pictures taken by fans. Can you use any fan picture? No. The fan has to give you permission. Where can you find these pictures? Well, unless you take pictures and upload yourself, you can find them in Flickr. For example here is a picture of Samoa Joe. The license is creative commons (the person and the circlearrow signs), so we can use it in wikipedia. There are a few exceptions. For example, a person from AEW upload several pictures of the champ (maybe AEW wants to have nice pictures here). Also, we have this. It's a screenshot taken from a YouTube video. But the author gave permission to use it (creative commons). So, Dakota Kai. I know the picture is from a few years ago, but we can't use another. The answer, take a picture of her during a meet and greet or a match and upload to wikipedia. --HHH Pedrigree (talk) 12:23, 19 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Ah, so it seems rather complicated. Thanks for explaining. Evil Yugi (talk) 23:42, 19 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
