Hello everyone! It's been a while since I last provided an update on what's going on. So, here's a quick update on my life and account. I still have work so I'm still not going to be nearly as active as I used to be, however I will try and maintain a somewhat regular activeness here on Wikipedia. I do have a mobile device but uh, mobile editing sucks so I probably will only use it for small edits rather than big ones. Hi! I have a question regarding major edits on Wikipedia. I am planning to restructure an article, add content, and include relevant references. What is the best way to proceed with these types of edits?

Specifically, can I remove and add new headings and subheadings along with the modified content? Additionally, does the process differ for the French Wikipedia?

(talk page watcher) @MelConfidentiel: The process will differ for each language Wikipedia, as the policies and guidelines were all originally the same, but each language Wikipedia went in its own direction based on the community's consensus.
