Welcome to my empire. I'm Super Astig, a Wikipedian since 2009. I contribute a lot independently, notably Music, TV, Cinema and Radio. Other than that, I mop the floor.

I used to be active in selected AfDs, from casting votes on them to closing them. Unfortunately, I got topic banned from closing AfDs due to being a bold closer. After a couple of unsuccessful appeals, I decided to take a break from AfDs indefinitely. I'll only participate in a handful of deletion discussions whenever I feel like it.

It's been 15 years since I joined Wikipedia. Since being more active in 2018, I realized that being a Wikipedian isn't a walk in the park. After a ton of challenges I've been through, such as defending radio station articles from being deleted and dealing with a handful of editors who have ownership issues, I'm glad to have reached this long.

2023 was a very tough year for me. I'd rather not explain any further. Now that I'm on my 15th year in Wikipedia, I'm facing more problems. A slew of articles of radio and TV stations are nominated for deletion. And unfortunately, most of them ended up getting redirected. As a defender of such articles, this sucks. Big time. With only a very few who have the same views as mine, I feel helpless. Anyway, life goes on.
