dcljr is a math tutor who was born in 1969 and now lives in Austin, Texas.

About me[edit]

I have a B.S. in Mathematics and M.S. in Statistics (actually, an [informal] ABD in the latter). I also have an interest in the various sciences and humanities, but no special credentials...

If you know another dcljr online, it's probably me. I have a sizable website and admin an almost completely dead mailing list.

Since making my first edit to Wikipedia as a logged-in user on December 23, 2002, I've edited Wikipedia enough to get into the List of Wikipedians by number of edits. I may or may not there at the moment, because most of my wiki activities have moved to other, less developed wikis.

These days I mostly help to maintain Wikipedia:Milestone statistics and Wikimedia News at Meta.

I've also been known to contribute to the other Wikimedia projects.

Licensing of contributions[edit]

As of September 1, 2011, I agree to license all my edits to the English Wikipedia under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported License, the standard license that all Wikipedia content is licensed under. (See an earlier version of this page for the license that applies to edits made before that date.)

In development[edit]

I'm currently working (?) on a few long-term projects. Please do not edit these pages. Comments and questions should be directed to my talk page.

I also have a personal sandbox where I sometimes go for extended testing of ideas, to avoid interruption by other users' edits.
