Template talk:UNESCO Global Geoparks

In some items the list has a different article from the network, some not. The box was obviously intended for the lists so I simplified them to that. However, the list should have the network name. At some point they were intending a continental plan, which would allow for descriptive continental names for the lists. That went by the board. Regions are not continents now. So, I put the lists under their regional names, which is the same as the network names. I switched the acronyms to their own published acronyms. Beware of non-English network organizations translating their own names. Thus I selected Latin instead of Latino, Asia instead of Asian. Asia Pacific is not the same thing at all as Asian Pacific. And lastly, UNESCO is constantly on the move with these geoparks. Changes keep popping up all the time.Botteville (talk) 08:01, 19 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
