This is just basic so far, please add more - I haven't excluded things for political reasons and the actors are in alphabetical order to avoid squabbling. Name is EuropeanTreaty as they will be changing it from Consitution to something else. -JLogan 21:41, 6 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Tony Blair negotiated the treaty, not Brown. Brown has only just come into government and will only ratify the treaty, I doubt he counts as a "figure head". - J Logan ^t/_c: 13:35, 28 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
