Turkey Template‑class

This template is within the scope of WikiProject Turkey, a collaborative effort to improve the coverage of Turkey and related topics on Wikipedia. The template included two names Ahmet Fikri Tüzer and Emin Fahrettin Özdilek who were only acting prime ministers. Tüzer's term was after Refik Saydam's death (on duty) and Özdilek's term was after Cemal Gürsel's election as president. But actually there were two other acting prime ministers. Ali Bozer and Erdal İnönü; both of which held the post after prime ministers were elected as presidents (Turgut Özal and Süleyman Demirel). So I made a little change in the template.
