City of Burlington[edit]

The city needs to be removed from this template. It needs its own template. This is for statewide elections only. Student7 (talk) 11:20, 12 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

You have hit on a problem that I will try to address elsewhere. It is wrong, of course since it violates WP:TOPIC. There is no reason why the reader of an article about a state would be interested in a city as well. Particularly when some of these states have hundreds of cities.
