I've tagged this with a citations request and a clean-up request. The article is odd and not very encyclopedic, and not in Wikipedia style. It reads like somebody's paper on the venture capital process, but utterly misses the point of what venture capital financing is in terms of who does it, the steps, etc. There seems to be a little bit of salvageable material here but it's hard to know until we get some verifyiability and sourcing. As it stands, anyone who knows anything about the subject will take a look at this article and scratch their head. ----

Are these names for venture capital financing stages? the terms are used on WP without reference to this article, and i would like to accurately link them. not all of us know what the terms mean.Mercurywoodrose (talk) 07:19, 12 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
