Talk:Utrecht School of the Arts

From Wikipedia the free encyclopedia

This school is not a university according to the Dutch law, but an HBO (higher professional school), so I removed the category link. The requirement of the category with the Dutch universities is: There are two kinds of institutions of higher education in The Netherlands: universities (universiteiten) and schools for professional education (HBO's or hogescholen). This category contains a list of the universities.--145.107.0.131 14:57, 6 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

In English we use the terms universities and colleges, but HKU is a (vocational) university as it includes a graduate school. gidonb (talk) 01:39, 26 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Stub cat[edit]

Shouldn't this article be in the university-stub instead of the struct-stub? It isn't a building, it is an educational institution as mentioned above. --Løde 08:06, 29 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

In 2009 it is not a stub at all. Changed to start. gidonb (talk) 01:37, 26 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

One-sided?[edit]

This article is a bit too similar to the introductory texts on the schools webpage. May-be some information on valuations from outside or something along this line would not hurt.90.190.225.121 (talk) 10:30, 15 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed merge with Netherlands Carillon School[edit]

Carillion School was merged with Utrecht School 30 years ago. No need for separate article. Rogermx (talk) 23:12, 29 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
