Kafsh Kanan (Persian: كفش كنان)^[a] is a village in, and the capital of, Kafsh Kanan Rural District of the Central District of Bahmai County, Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad province, Iran.^[4]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 340 in 67 households.^[5] The following census in 2011 counted 330 people in 69 households.^[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 295 people in 83 households.^[2]
