Jachranka [jaˈxranka] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Serock, within Legionowo County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland.[2] It lies approximately 8 kilometres (5 mi) south-west of Serock, 10 km (6 mi) north of Legionowo, and 30 km (19 mi) north of Warsaw.

Name[edit]

The name probably comes from the topographic features ⇒ Niechronka[3] (a place that does not provide a military shelter, a non-defensive place).
