English: Pearl Harbor, Hawaii (Sept. 5, 2002) -- Electronics Technician 3rd Class Leon Guerrero, a network administrator aboard the guided missile destroyer USS O'Kane (DDG 77), greets guests at his ship's change of command ceremony. Cmdr. Michael S. Viland became O'Kane's third commanding officer, relieving Cmdr. Taylor W. Skardon. O'Kane was commissioned Oct. 23, 1999 and took her place in the fleet as the 26th Arleigh Burke-class destroyer. U.S. Navy photo by Photographer's Mate 1st Class William R. Goodwin. (RELEASED)
