The 2024 Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) Philippine Cup finals was a best-of-7 championship series of the 2024 PBA Philippine Cup. It marked the end of the conference's playoffs and 2023–24 PBA season.

The San Miguel Beermen and the Meralco Bolts competed for the 45th Philippine Cup championship and the 135th overall championship contested by the league.[1] This is the first time that San Miguel and Meralco ever faced in the finals.
