The 1959–60 Quaid-e-Azam Trophy was the sixth edition of Pakistan's premier domestic first-class cricket competition. Matches were played from 8 January to 10 February 1960.[1] In the final, reigning champions Karachi defeated Lahore by 99 runs at the National Stadium, Karachi.[2]
