Ekmek ve şarabın dönüşümü ya da diğer dillerde bilinen Latince kökenli adıyla Transsubstantiation (Doğa değişmesi) Hristiyan teolojisinde Efkaristiya ayinindeki ekmek ve şarabın İsa'nın kanına ve bedenine dönüşmesi inancıdır.
