@RobertJudeson: If one person writes German in Hebrew script that is one thing. If a significant number do and it is documented and cited, it belongs on Wikipedia. Whether or not it is "official" is irrelevant to its inclusion on Wikipedia.

The article was previously in a bad state, with most of its material poorly translated, most likely machine-translated, from its corresponding page on the Korean wikipedia.
