Pursuant to Serbian Law on Higher Education, no faculties are able to operate without being a member of a university. As such, private faculties listed here are either:
Part of a university, so they do not belong on this list, however their univeristy does, or;
Non-compliant to Law on Higher Education, and as such, without licence, so again, they do not belong on this list.
