Providence  United Kingdom The ship was run down in the North Sea 4 nautical miles (7.4 km) south east of Cromer, Norfolk, by Elizabeth ( United Kingdom) while on a voyage from Chatham, Kent, to Blakeney, Norfolk. Her crew were rescued by Elizabeth.[26][58] She was subsequently beached at Great Yarmouth, Norfolk.[57]

General Oglethorpe  United States The ship was wrecked on a reef north east of Whale Key, 6 nautical miles (11 km) off the coast of the United States. Twenty-three of the 38 people on board were lost.[59] She was on a voyage from Charleston, South Carolina, to Havana, Cuba.[60]
